We require renderings, including landscape plotting, for two small residential projects. We have a 3D rendering of the exterior of one house, and a picture of the other house, both of which are to be overlaid on appropriate landscaping, with added texture etc for marketing purposes. A sample rendering can be found at [login to view URL] The renderings are to be completed by April 1, 2015. There will be no retainer deposit paid, payment will be 100% payable on successful completion of the site to our standards. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences paying deposits through this site.
