Create x1 page responsive CSS from PSD and add Parallax animation wordpress + blog

SEE ATTACHMENY x1 page scrolling parallax from PSD to responsive CSS and install Wordpress on domain name. Also add Blog plugin from Wordpress and put on separate page using same style as main page. Important notes on jobs: Must add Twitter, Facebook, INstagram feeds as demonstrated on PDF. I must be able to edit the social media link ups so I can add these in once they are ready. I have done exactly the same on another wordpress website, so you are welcome to login and see how this was done. I want to be able to easily replace the top banner peacock image with a video when I have this, so this area MUST have a section on Wordpress where I can add either a video link in, or an image link, so I can change this whenever. Also, the text on top of the banner, I will need to be able to edit this when I need to, so text content, font size, colour etc. This needs to be easily editable. The services lists and website packages boxes - all of these sections need to be able to grown or shrink depending on the content in these areas. If I add more, I expect the boxes to seamlessly grow downwards and equally if I delete some services, the boxes shrink. CSS must be fully responsive on all devices and compatible on all browsers. It must look as good on a phone and ipad as it does on a desktop computer. You must be prepared to make sure I am happy with all views on all devices for this project. The Portfolio section - this is a series of screenshots / boxes of websites. There must be an editable area on Wordpress where I can easily edit this section using a Word type editor. There will be links behind each image. I may wish to change the layout when I add new images on, to get them to fit in to the "collage" like I have it, so this needs to be easy to edit please. These images will also be animated to fly in from the left and right using Parallax. On the "ticks" in the boxes on "Why Choose Us" , I want the boxes to be empty and as you scroll down, the ticks appear inside the box. I need to easily be able to edit the very top website menu, add items, delete menu items. I need to easily be able to edit the menu. All sections must be easily editable in Wordpress. You must also decide on some cool Parallax effects on the rest of the website and make content move as you scroll down - this is your responsibility to decide what is going to looks amazing, so this website really stands out. I need this done by Thursday 22nd October by 5pm UK time. I will give you the relevant control panel access and FTP info. NO TIMEWASTERS - THERE ARE TOO MANY ON THIS WEBSITE. I am only looking for hard working individuals who can prove they are reliable with no stupid excuses for delays such a family deaths, power cuts etc. I have heard every excuse under the sun and will be not accept any of them. If you do the job, you will get paid. And I will NOT accept any freelancers who try to get me to pay before the work is done, so do not even ask. I am a fair employer who can be trusted, so please make sure you are the same before bidding. If you are good, I will have more work for you.
