I'm looking for someone who can create for me a basic one page website. I don't want to pay for domains or anything. You can find me any free service. Requirements: 1) Page should Have vivid and colourful design. 2) Has a text box where users can enter texts to be translated. Texts pasted or typed should be COUNTED. and total cost should be calculated at the rate of NUMBER OF WORDS X $.05. 3) Option to check out using credit card through PayPal. I don't want PayPal express checkout that forces the buyer to signup for PayPal, but instead pay using card as a guest.
