Convert JPG files to Vector EPS (1 color)

I have about 23 black and white or color logos in .Jpg and need them all converted to Vector Based EPS (Adobe Illustrator). Resulting files will all be black and white. Important to match fonts. Please list your price for all 23, and then your ongoing price for additional file conversions. this is the beginning of my season and I will have more art conversions to follow thru October. Need logos converted right away. If you can, please send samples of your work, or even better, convert the attached jpg as an example of what I can expect from you.
