Convert Icons to smaller Sizes

We have created new Icons for all our Applications. Now they should be convertet to smaller Sizes by a real Pixel Artist. The have to look good in 16 x16. It's possible to do some Modifications in smaller sizes to make them look good. Style should be like FAM FAM Iconset as Example.

There will be a follow up Work for much more Icons.
