Convert Existing Images, Design into DVD Covers

I have images, and DVD covers I've created using Microsoft Publisher. I need someone someone to make some modifications to them and give them to me in graphic format like jpg so I can use them with http://kunaki.com. I need two sets of files for 2 different DVD's. They are almost the same with just slight modications -DVD case covers -imprinting on Discs -insert Again this is not difficult since I'm providing almost everything. Need someone who can quickly take my existing images, make a few changes and put them into graphic files. Would prefer someone who is familar with [login to view URL] requirements but I can also give them to you. There is not that much design, mainly modifying what I have and putting them in jpg format.
