Conversion Rate Optimization and new Website creation.

Hello I am in the process of rebuilding a site to increase conversions and to become more niche specific. I want help designing the flow and layout of the new site and then - I want someone to work with me over the next few years to tweak the website - with A/B tests as an ongoing process. I have a business please go to [login to view URL] (health; service based) and generate most my leads through one niche (anxiety) If you look at my current site, you can see that I work with a few different niches. So I am in the process of creating a new site that is JUST anxiety focused. To me - Currently, a lead is someone contacting me, requesting a free 20minute consultation where they come into my practice. I have a few things all coming together very shortly that will help to grow the success of my NEW website (that I would be interested in you helping me with) as I want it to do a few things. I am writing a book On anxiety at present that might be finished in around 8-12 weeks. I will also be creating a mindfullness course on Anxiety later this year. My current strategy for getting clients is with Adwords to a landing page (just information - then some people sign up to a newsletter with like 7 emails autoresponder) and most effective for me is Facebook sponsored posts, where I write a blog post and promote it - which is great but very time consuming. I have clients who come in as clients and say that they have been following me for months or years before making first contact. I have a printed Booklet and online version of the work I do focused on Anxiety and set up a lead generation page on ClickFunnels - it produced some quite good results - [login to view URL] My current focus is on creating a specific You Tube channel. I will also be creating a free video series as part of optin (lead generation) where I will send out videos of certain aspects of helping people with anxiety (maybe 5-10+ videos each one with a call to action at the end of coming in for the initial consultation. My goal is to also expand my reach (as I can only work on clients locally) and sell my products (book, mind-fullness course) to an international audience. Ideally this can be done from the same website. My current site is made on Business Adobe Catalyst - but my designer is too busy and does not really understand A/B testing so I feel stuck with this platform. My thoughts were to rebuild the site on Wordpress with a main focus on 1) the Blog for content 2) youtube channel for traffic and to authority 3) book for authority and sales 4) Mindfullness course - add value and sales 5) free video series - add value build rapport. All with two goals - to firstly generate local leads for clients and secondly for sale. My guess is that the website will be a hub and there will be a few different landing pages with specific goals. Our Culture here in New Zealand is very un-Sales like, so any thing that has the cheesy american style hard sales is hated by our consumers. So it needs to be more about the relationship.
