Connectwise API and basic website

We are looking for someone who can use the Connectwise API to build a website that will allow Connectwise users to create a ticket that will post the ticket as a "Job" in the users account on our website. The website will need to allow users to create an account and link their payment info to their account. Once the user moves their ticket to our service board in their account, it should create the Job on our site under their account. Once the job is posted, the website should use our in-house API to send the Job to our Dispatch system. From there, our dispatch system will write back to the job to keep the job updated. When the job is updated, the website should use the Connectwise API to write back the updates to Connectwise. The user should not be able to edit or change the job on the site, only view it. Once we are done with the job in our in-house system, we will close the job and write back via our API to the job to close it on the website. The website should then write back to connectwise using the connectwise API to close the job. Once closed, the system will take the funds from the users account. This is a very simple website that should only be a few pages. We will provide both the Connectwise API and our in-house API to you. Please do not bid if you aren't able to build something using the Connectwise API. We will give you access to our Connectwise Developers account so that you have access to the resources you will need.
