Character rigging in Toon Boom Harmony 12

I have three characters who I need rigging in Toon Boom Harmony 12. This involves rigging three views for each character. I have set up a blank template for rigging for your use, which may need some alterations for the characters. The template also has masking set up for the eyes (I am not too bothered if you have a better rigging template that you can use, as there are a few things that need fixing in the one I have). I will supply you with each character in a toon boom file that you can use to cut and paste body parts. It would be good if you could also create additional drawings for the mouths for lip synching, and addition drawings for hands for different poses. It is extremely important that you will be able to effectively use inverse kinematics on these characters by the end of the rigging - so the elements will need to be layered accordingly and the joints will need to be patched accordingly to ensure the joints look how they should when bending (initially I will not be using bone deformers for the arms and legs etc for these characters, though I would like to see if it can be used for the upper torso in a curved deformer). I have provided a jpg of one of the chars that needs to be rigged to give you an idea of what you are dealing with.
