Cartoon Graphics illustrations needed - ongoing basis for blog

HI, I'm launching my new website blog focused on teaching/educating people on how to invest in real estate. I really like the way the owner of the blog ([login to view URL]) has a graphic/cartoon created related to his blog post topic each time he posts a blog posting (once or twice per week). I'm looking for a long term relationship with a graphic designer that has their own cool style and can do something similar with my weekly blog. Initially, this specific project will be for the bidding of creating 5 graphic cartoon like images based on 5 topics that I will give you. They will be watermarked with the name of my website at the bottom and will measure about 550 x 450 or so. They'll be used in a Wordpress based blog post each week plus be the thumbnail image. The topics will be on real estate, business management, or similar and I'll give you the idea of what I'm thinking should be in the cartoon image and then you can use your creativity to bring it to life. I'm looking for a very reasonably priced person for this project and an ongoing basis that can create a cartoon with a 4-7 day lead time. This will probably lead to bigger things down the road but looking for the relationship now. Please send me examples of your work. This will be a really fun project as well as the ongoing relationship!
