I can help. I will of course use inline styles and add necessary responsive code to make the template responsive in mobile.
I will need access to your Realvolve account to do some live testing making sure everything works and if necessary will adjust the code to fit the CRM.
To begin I will need the design. Then I will code and test in my testing tool to make sure the email is displaying well in mobile and other popular email clients.
Then I will need access to Realvolve to do some live testing. I will check their documentation and if they have similar options like mailchimp to make things easily editable, I will update the template with those code - so you will be easily be able to swap the text and images for every campaign.
