Building an assignment system for school

Has to be created in simple php and my sql. No Frame Works and Plugins. One Core Programming code.
A system in which users are assigned one of the three roles having their unique username and password for login.
1) Admin
2) Teacher
3) Student
Admin - A Super User who can create students and teachers. Also Can create results. And can manage everything.
Teacher- Can assign the assignments and identify the requirments for assignments. Can download the assignments uploaded by students and grade them.
Students- Can upload assignments, view their grades and compiled result after a semester.
NOTE.
