I already made a program like that Is a program where you write some symptoms and the give you all the possible diseases with that symptoms. When you choose the disease they give you the list of the drugs, and ask for other simptoms that can be related that disease. Is all made in php, javascript(ajax) and mysql. You can manage users, and all the data in the program

Phalcon PHP is the fastest PHP framework currently available (Google: phalcon performance test). I feel like your site will receive a lot of visits and should be prepared for such. One thing we didn't discuss was language. Should we be prepared to support both French and English? With the admin tool you will be able to input the data in any language, but the field labels on the UI will need to reflect the language you expect the site to be viewed in!
