I need a most secured website(cross-compatiable) which can allow users the below features:

1. user registration, login with 2FA (SMS/EMAIL/Google Auth)

1.1 KYC and AML verifications through API

2. Deposit and withdraw of INR currency using payment gateways

3.1 buy bitcoins with INR, setup a bitcoin wallet for each user

3.2 buy Ethereum with INR currency, setup a ETH wallet for each user

3.3 Ether transfer to different ether wallet

3.4 Ether transfer to different ether wallet

4. Trade bitcoins with peer to peer exchange (sell orders, buy orders)

5. auto refresh for the current market rate display,

6. auto refresh 1 days, 7 days, 1month, 3 months, 12 months graph

refer to famous crypto currency exchange websites.

Please come up with a proposals with a detailed documentation and check list in a spreadsheet about features and add-ons you are going to deliver.

it would be nice if you come up with mobile apps as well
