Hi I am looking for a simple php form where users enter there email address. It will check the database if email address is there it will email them the password which will be kept in the database. This script does not need to change or create logins. It just needs to send people there password from a database. All should be done via SSL. Need this quick and fresh bootstrap page. There should be recaptcha google for the form too.

Can you please let me know about the database where I've to check - is the email exist. how does the database come from - should I've to create a panel from where you can populate the database. If not - then, is the database storing the password as raw text - no encryption on password ? Anyway - I can do that easily. can start right now. Thanks. Shuvo.
