I would like to build a simple website to rent rooms . Following are the [login to view URL] model is similar to Airbnb 1. Design Frontend to support restful back end you need to use dummy json data to visualize the frontend. 2. Graphic design should be something similar to this [login to view URL] 3. User need to login. (seller or buyer). 4. Both seller or buyer need to have profiles(Seller profile should list all the rooms listed). 5. Sellers can list rooms with daily rate and discounts based on weekly and monthly. 6. Seller also can add delivery modes like (no cleaning, cleaning) 6. Buyers can contact the sellers directly on profile or through their posted room ad. 7. Should be able to search rooms based on category, price,availability and location 8. Buyer can pay and request room through our website and book the room. 9. Seller can accept the room request. 10. There should be message box for both buyer and seller to communicate through website or email . Relevant notifications should be sent via email sms. When you quote for the project please indicate is it for either frondend or backend.
