Build a Website

I need a free forced matrix MLM website. Members must be able to register on website and then see their earnings as per their offline purchase from company and commission from purchase of their refferals in their account. Distributors of company must be able to enter the purchase amount of members and they must be able to see the total earnings of the members under them. Administrator must be able to see the earnings of all the members and number of members under each distributor. Administrator must be able to reset account of members after every payout. Basically the matrix should be 3*5.
