A website related to real estate business, where business clients can post there services and projects/ properties under various categories with attributes like plot size, cost, location, features etc. These attributes vary according to the category selected. Business clients should register and login to post projects. They can also feature their projects/ properties by paying some money. When the clients register, they get a dashboard where they can completion the profile with their contact details, company logo or image, address, link to their website if any, showcase their previous projects as a gallery with few details. Dashboard also contains various other details like their subscription details, posted projects, featured projects, users who contracted them, replies sent, pending, option to post new projects or feature existing projects, some analytics like what projects were viewed most etc. Initially, as a launch offer ( say 6months to 1year),the subscription is free and clients can post as many projects as they want. Once this free subscription period ends, the no. of projects posted are limited to say five or so. If they want to post more projects, they have to upgrade to one of the subscription plans. Users who are looking to buy services can directly look for the various categories in the main menu on the home page or can search for them on home page based on various attributes of the service like location, cost, plot size etc., without registering or with registering with with the website. Users can further refine the search results using additional attributes like no. of floors, bedrooms etc. After zeroing in on few projects, users can view their details in detail page where photos of projects are shown as a gallery and various attributes of the project are shown in different tabs. Users can now view builder profile or portfolio, view contact details of the clients by entering users contact details first or contact the clients via SMS and email by entering users details first. Related featured projects should be shown in the detail page at the bottom. Users can also mark projects as favourites, create their profile and see how many clients they have contacted, how many replies they got back( in case of emails) etc in user dashboard. There should be an admin dashboard in the backend to manage users, subscriptions, review projects posted and then publish on the site and analytics. Ads should be supported. Featured and most popular properties should be displayed on home page, social media integration should be available. In addition the website needs to incorporate responsive design, simple and modern layout.
