Build a Website

Hello, I am looking for someone to build a website from scratch. The website would be in French. It is a bookstore online. It would have a list of 500 000 books to be available for purchase. A bit of an idea would be something like this: [login to view URL] or like this [login to view URL] However it should be distinctive (for legal reasons as well as for customer experience distinction). It should have less info on it. Customers should be able to chat with us. We would like to add on the corner an option for students to find the list of books they have to buy for school. They should be able to find their school on the list and find the list of books to buy based on their grade. Please let me know and best regards, Mike
