Build a Website

Hello, we are a test prep academy in South Korea and we are looking a web-developer to help us build a website to simulate a computerized ACT or SAT test. With the ACT test for high school students applying for college changing to a computer-based test for all international locations starting in fall 2017 and the SAT to do the same within a couple years, we are looking for someone to create a website that can simulate that type of test-taking environment. A similar example to what we are looking for is: [login to view URL] To give a general idea of what we are looking for: - Able to upload any of our current or future scanned tests (Our proposed solution to save you hundreds of man hours would be for us to scan all the pages of the tests, cut out each passage, question, and answer choice into separate images and send these files to you) - Text/Images on the left side with individual questions on the right side - Choose answers and record those answers - A button to skip to the next question/section - A running timer to show remaining minutes - Show and calculate grades based on the simple grading chart that converts raw scores to scaled scores - A printable summary page that shows which questions in each sections were missed, scores for each section, and a total score - Individual login for each student so they can track their progress over each session - Teacher/Admin login to see all the students scores, what each student got wrong, as well as the most missed questions for all the students for each section (to help with efficient post-test review)
