I need a highly skilled organization to help me build an interactive website:
What I will provide you: I will provide basic "business requirements" only and answer your questions as you develop the website design and user flow for me.
What I need your help with:
1) Be a partner in helping me design the website and functions
2) Design user flow based on requirements
3) Design website and User Experience (UX)
4) This will be innovative with the high-majority of customers in the USA -- so the UX must be focused on this culture. There may be a large quantity of iterations as we test this. I am paying for a top-quality website and user experience.
This website will:
1) Allow users to create an account
2) Pull data from apple icloud with user's permission and access information
3) Pull data from android phones with user's permission and access information -- this will likely require creating an android app and placing it onto the users android device.
4) Parse and present certain data received from icloud and android-based devices in an organized and interactive way to the user
5) Interact / notify the user in certain circumstances
6) Take payment from the user on a monthly basis, allow account access, payment history, accounting, etc.
7) Take time limited coupons to reduce the monthly fee
8) Provide a customer support module for help, FAQ, user self service with questions, access to customer support via email.
Technology behind website:
1) Database and website will be on different servers
2) Website / Database must be able to handle 300 users at the same time
3) Security: Website and data must be secure and use SSL. All passwords and user information in the website must be hashed and salted. I will pay a separate company to try to hack into website, you agree to forego 20% of total fee if a hacker can take any information that is secured in the on the website that they should not have access to. You still must fix the security hole if there is one, otherwise, payment will be ceased. User can chose to add two factor authentication via text message to login / password.
4) Performance: strong performance. Website must serve / respond in <1 second not including internet latency.
I will only respond to who I perceive are the best developers.
