Build a Website

See attachment. I would like this to be done in codeigniter (php and Mysql) and HTML5. If you don't have those skills, please skip this project. In one web page, allow end users to select a dictionary file. The user will do this with a link "select dictionary". This will open a floating div in the current window which will display links (file names in a folder). If a user clicks on one of the dictionary links, the floating div is closed and all the words in the dictionary are displayed. The user needs to be able to delete the words from the list, edit and add more. Note: The dictionary data is stored in json format. (see attached image). each words in the dictionary needs to be stored in a javascript hash table or map. When the user adds, edits or deletes those words, the hash table has to change too. For example; myDictionary["school"] = 1; the number is how many times that words is listed in the dictionary. The user also has a file upload button. When the user uploads his/her pdf, doc, docx or text file, the content of the file is displayed in an editable div. The user will be allowed to edit the content of his document in a section of the page. Each word in the document has to be stored in a hash table,. The word is the key and the word count is the value. i.e. myDoc['"test"] = "20"; Note: Every time the user changes the document, this second hash table or map has to change too. There is a button on top of the document ("search words"). If the user clicks on that button, using javascript, the page highlights all the words in the document which are found in the dictionary. Please use color yellow for highlighting. And highlight, the words in the dictionary found in the document. Note: If the user changes the document, the document hash table has to change on the fly and also what is highlighted. The user needs to login to access this page. Thus, session authentication is needed. I will need an admin page to suspend, disable, delete users. Also, I want to be able to request users to pay to access the website. They will be able to access this page for free, but I want to be able to change that on the admin page per user. If I want a user to pay, the admin section will allow me to select the user and set a price for that user. This user will have access only if he/she pays.
