I'm the one and only graphic designer at our company. We are a personal training system that is licensed by health clubs and studios. This is similar to a franchise in what they offer, but less restrictive and at a better price point. A couple of example of what we offer include layout plans, operating procedures, educational websites, and marketing.
That last one is what I need help with- I've outgrown my workload.
Every three months we launch two campaigns. Clubs then use these campaigns for brand promotion and change them each quarter to keep it fresh. These are print materials, for the most part, and used in the clubs. One for middle school aged up to the collegiate athlete and the other is an adult centered campaign.
Each campaign would likely include the following:
+ Posters in layered photoshop or illustrator format as well as layered pdf. Poster sizes: A1, 36x48, 24x36, and 11x17
+ Flyers in layered photoshop or illustrator format and layered pdf. Editable pdf format, or to include a pages / word doc are a bonus - but not required. Flyer sizes: A4 and [url removed, login to view] letter size
+ Social media images as Facebook timeline size and post image size. Optimized as a png, and include a photoshop or illustrator format.
Your ideas and vision are always valuable, so communicating together on campaigns is important, fresh thoughts are needed. That said, you will always receive a guideline for each campaign. This includes relevant taglines, copy, images to use, recommended colors, suggestions, etc.
As a note, these are meant to be resources, so please make sure you're cool with raw files being accessible to our customers (via a password protected website). They use these files to add their logos and club information.
If this is something you're interested in, I'd love to chat further!
Also... bonus points if you love minimalism, whitespace, and a healthy dose of celebratory gifs.
