We need a booking and payment website. Essentially it is for a single service and product. It will comprise: Front page - eye catching and engaging with movement and lifestyle images, including the headline of the service. A lead to page 2 or 3 which will describe the process for the service which varies slightly from area 1 to area 2. Page 2 - Has description of service requirements process and offering for area 1 Has "make booking" tab for booking page (area 1 ) Page 3 - Has description of service requirements process and offering for area 2 Has "make booking" tab for booking page (area 2 ) Page 4 Has calender for next 14 days. Customer can select a booking in any 1 hour slot available for the days presented. Appointments are generally available from 7am thru 7pm Monday to Saturday. Once a slot has been nominated, it will be blocked. An additional option to make a single product purchase to compliment the service order. Page five is a repeat of 4 for area 2. Confirmation Page has details of service ordered (and product if ordered), terms and conditions which must be agreed to and proceed button. Next page prompts customer to download instructions document related to the service booked and advises that they will be called to make payment and confirm service booking time. (this will duplicate for area B). Back end. Fully functional back end that will separate the areas 1 and 2 into 30 post code zones. These zones will interact with the calender such that a person in a given post code series will access the calender for that zone only. Each zone can be accessed by the administrator to block out days or part days to push customers in a particular zone to book on the same day. This is to prevent bookings far apart from being made and agents traveling big distance for single appointments. Each day the website will forward a summary of activity including: Bookings made by zone and area Bookings started but not completed. Customer details as loaded on page 2 (3).
