Bat Girl

I'm looking for a competent illustrator to create a bat girl - black and white, in a similar style to the illustration I have attached. She will be in a similar position, but more details about precise requirements will be given to the winning bidder, should there be one. I will require .psd or illustrator files, and she MUST be on a transparent background so she can be fit into my new designs regardless of color scheme. Please offer examples of work you have done in this field, or if you are unable to do so a rough mockup to show you can do it. The budget is small as this is for personal use only. Full credit will be placed on the site it is intended for.
