I need a panel similar to the panel of the one in the photo that i have attached. it would need to connect to paypal to pay me the money, and it would need to be able to be able to email me the orders that are made through the system. I need it to be able to add users, so a register page would be required, and also i need the users to be able to add balance to there account. When the user has balance and creates an order, i need to be able to receive an email with the order details, so that i can manually process the order.
