Design A4 Promotional Sheet - URGENT!

We need a flyer designed very quickly. We will be online during the time you are designing it so that there is no delay should you want to submit drafts, ideas etc or have any questions. We really need the material within 8 hours, but at a push, could wait as long as 24 hours. We will pay a bonus based on how fast you complete the work as well as the quality. The flyer should be A4 in size and full quality so that it does not pixelate when printed. It should be delivered as a PSD layered file so that we can make alterations if we need to before sending it to be printed. We will provide you with all of the text and the majority of images that you should need. All you need to do is source other images you may need and design the flyer. We have provided two of our competitors flyers as photos so that you can see what they look like. Ideally, we want ours to be the same or better. The design should stand out and be pleasing to the eye. The flyer will be for our website and e-commerce packages. Existing promotional material is also attached within the zip file. You can use anything from any of our existing promotional material that you like.
