Design a Wordpress Mockup

Hi I have a wordpress site set up [login to view URL] I am having difficulty getting the look and fell I desire and was wanted to know if this would be something you could quote for? A brief description of what I would like is below and I have attached an image. The top bar can stay as it is now but with san serif fonts Fonts: all to be sans serif and all the text to be black and the text to be in upper and lower case. Social icons: twitter, Facebook, pinterest, instagram, google+, Main area - to have one image and a brief text with read more in bold at the end and twitter, Facebook and google+ icons - heading in bold sans serif Right hand side bar - heading on the side bar (twitter, recent posts etc) to be in italic sans serif - black social media icons - round image of me with brief intro to the right - sign up to email updates - twitter feed - popular posts or 2 recent posts - instagram footer - black with white out text and icons like the image ​ I have attached an image to show you how I would like it to look (excluding the top bar).
