Design a Website Mockup

I need a landing page for my website. I will be using the page to direct people to with the purpose of getting them to click thru to fill out a short form (here is the form: [login to view URL]) to get more information on how to sponsor a child in need. Here is the page I created for this: [login to view URL] You can use this page to get an idea of what type of content I want on it but I would like it to be much more attractive. Again, the main purpose of this page will be to get people to click on the link to go fill out the form. I only need to design part of this. I will take your artwork and add it to my site with html/css. This is not an urgent project but getting it within a week would be great, if possible. Here is more information from the compassion website that may be useful to use as well (This is just copied and pasted from the website): Just $38 a month will change the future for your child, and your own life as well.
