Design a Website Mockup

Hi there My name is KARTIK, I live in INDIA and I'm a WEB DESIGN. I need a website builder who is fast, doesn't miss a detail, and can complete the brief (attached as PDF in detail) and provide me with a little extra creative suggestions. I am needing my website layout adjusted from what I already have and completed ASAP as without this site running the way I want I am losing business. I currently run my website through 'cargo collective' and use one of there templates that I have adjusted as much as I can. I have all the content ready to go (some file size cropping and adjustments will need to be made) and I have made layout images of what I want every section to look like. I have attached to this project those layout examples and a detailed breakdown of everything required in the PDF file. I am open to other suggestions but I need the site to be simple and professional without there being 'scroll down' bars (as I like everything to be accessible without having to scroll downwards (only horizontally. You can view just so that you can look at it and will turn it off again in 48 hours. the layouts on most the pages show a large viewing screen in the middle...this is supposed to be with transitioning screens between images until you click the thumbnails and then you navigate via clicking (much the same as my site already works). the thumbnails bar I want to stay the width of the large image above it but to be a moving bar of thumbnails (explained by the arrows either side on the layout) The contacts page: I'm not sure how this usually works but I want to be able to receive enquiries via this page...linked to my email maybe. My current site has a mix/match of shoots under 'portfolio' but I want to refine this and break it up into the sections I have listed on my new layouts. I need to be able to easily add new photos to each section in the future and adjust the order of images easily. I also would like to be able to change the 'ENTER SITE' background photo easily to keep the site current with my latest work. I am working within a tight budget and timeline and would like this completed within the next few days by thursday 22nd May 2014. All material for the website will be sent via 'wetransfer online'. Once complete, I expect the site to run smoothly, all sections to line up accordingly, all links and buttons to work without problems and all details in the detailed brief to be completed. I am very organised and have made the process easy by providing all you need....you just have to build it. It needs to be user friendly and allow me to update and change images easily as the platform already does. I look forward to seeing the feedback I get from this site as it is the first time I've used it and am looking for a web builder that I can come back to in future and refer my colleagues to.
