Design a Banner - READ CAREFULLY - LANDING PAGE

Hi I have my opencart store in build phase. Looking for someone to create an [login to view URL] CSS responsive landing page to hide the store whilst we continue working on it. A launching soon type of page. Has the following requirements : 1. Must be responsive to mobile devices (change size to suit device) 2. Must include a register your interest button with facebook that adds the users details to our opencart database. We already have facebook integration so this is just adding the button code to the splash screen and a like link for our facebook page. 3. If possible should include a email subscribe box to add them to newsletter 4. Must align to our site theme something like this would suit in our theme and integrated into our backend opencart stack which is already built. [login to view URL] This is a micro project, I expect that you could just customise something like the above to suit our site and plug the relevant code in to integrate ? If I get ridiculous prices for this I will not award it, this should take less than an hour for someone to do.
