CSS FIXES for IE9 & IE10 bold and blured fonts on Opencart based site

I need to fix CSS and/or create specific rules for ALL PAGES of my Opencart based site. It's important to have on IE9 and IE10 same design results for fonts that you can easily see and compare with Firefox and Chrome browsers. Fonts seem to be bolder and a little bit blured.
