We are looking create/migrating an application to a web based platform in the process of which are looking to hire some talented individuals/team who is sufficiently skilled to work on the User Interface development for the complete migration on the below mentioned parameters.

In the first step, we would like to get a small part of the application developed to understand the skill levels available and nuances of working on such a model of development.

In this exercise we are looking to create

1. Default portal Landing page,

2. Registration Page (3 steps wizard with minimal information)

3. Admin Page to accept/Reject the Registration request

4. Admin Page to view the Registration details filled in 2nd step.

Some of the screens (i.e. step 2 & 4 above) need to make use of Google maps to display the location and distances.

We would be like the application developed on following platform/technologies:

C#, HTML5, Java Script

ASP.Net MVC 4.0 with Razor syntax

We are NOT looking for the development of the back end infrastructure, as that will be handled here locally based on the model/controller interface requirements but we expect the provider to make use of suitable mocking to demonstrate the product usability to us.

We are looking for minimum of following compliance for an acceptance:

* All the widgets/ parts if the screen should be created as a partial views to maximize reuse as we move to mobile platform later on.

* Provider has to ensure that proper and consistent coding standards and code comments are followed.

* Automated unit testing on the controllers as the very minimum.

User interface concept screens will be made available on request to set a broad guidelines on how the screens will need to be organized.

I missed to clarify one additional point that the screen layout and styling needs to be handled through the style sheets only and no hard coding inside the views code is appreciated. In the same lines we would like to review the code for its quality before the final handover to ensure some minimal industry standard practices are adhered.

We would further like to clarify that we request 100% source code and copyrights to the same upon successful completion.
