Build a responsive Website using asp.net, mvc and bootstrap

The website has already been partly developed and working & hosted on microsoft azure. The source code has been hosted on bitbucket and uses GIT source control. The framework allows you to create a form very quickly and perform actions on database very easily. There is not much of work. The technologies used are as follows: Asp.net, MVC5, C#, Entity Framework, Autofac for dependency injection, Bootstrap, Less, SQL Server, Ajax, JQuery Requirements : 1) The website has to be responsive and should work on desktop, mobile and tablet. 2) The website is full of data capture forms. You need to copy the form fields YOURSELF from one or more websites (the urls of the websites will be given to you). I can send you the list of form fields I have already captured so far which covers about 75% of what I wanted. The field names and the data to capture may differ, but mean the same. For example : Field Name : Title Data : Mr, Mrs, Dr, Miss (This may differ from website to website) 3) You need to design menu structure so that it is user friendly, obvious & easy to navigate, mobile friendly. The menu designed should take you to different forms. 4) Since the framework has already been developed using bootstrap and very useful general services to connect to the database been done for you. All you need to do is to create the class corresponding to the database table and save and retrieve them from the website. 5)The fields have not been validated. All the fields have to be validated. Some of the fields are not mandatory. You can always default them to some value (For Example : Do you have a house - Yes/No ? You can default it to 'No') 6) Filling all the forms is NOT necessary. I need a flag (tick mark) on the menu to indicate that the some of the forms are not complete. 7) The data captured should be exposed as web service (not urgent and not important yet). 8) You need to have good design skills and should have worked on responsive websites before. 9) You also need to finish other basic functionalities such as forgot password, change password, account related emails and any account setting related functionalities. Its ok to use any free modules or reuse from your previous project.
