Build a Website

Looking for someone to fully design a new website for an Auto Repair Shop. Requirements for new web site: - I have logo and pictures from shop (pics are HD) that I wish to see in new website. - New website needs to be in Wordpress CMS - Looking for a modern and sophisticated design. Very, very, very important this requirement: new website needs to be modern and sophisticated. I want 5 to 6 pages at the most. - I would like to integrate yelp comments as well in the new website. - I also want to include links for: Google+, Facebook, and Twitter - I want the new website that can be updated every 6 months or so. - New website should be responsive. - Very Important - Consider SEO in new website - I would like ‘full-screen’ website - Designer will need to come up with pages content – I have guidelines for the content. Text content will need to be written from scratch. - Probably animate some images with 3D and 2D transition, so website looks interesting. Designer will have to come up with ideas on how it can be achieved and integrated. - In main page I would like images provided by me where designer use transition effects over them with help of text info.
