Build a Website

Hi, we have a big project, for this reason we prefer to have a team working on it. We need to create a responsive website where users can post, reply and comment polls. The project will use as a starting point reddit code available on github ([login to view URL]). The reddit code is mostly python, the rest is javascript and CSS. The main functionalities not available in the reddit code that need to be implemented are: - social login - geo-localization - graph visualization - badges Functionality: - Social Login from facebook (mandatory), twitter (optional), google (optional): - retrieve account information such as age, location, ... from the social network and save them in the user profile - Categories: - each poll belongs to a category (as in reddit each post belongs to a subreddit) - the categories can be created only by admin users (not as in reddit where every user can create a new subreddit) - Create a new poll: - a poll has a title, an image (optional), a text (optional), 2 or more answer options, belongs to a category, can be geo-localized, can be up-downvoted (as reddit posts) - a poll can be geo-localized. A geo-localized poll interest an circular area specified by the geographic coordinates of the circle's center and a radius. The user does not input the data, instead it uses a dinamic map. For the maps it will be used a service based on OpenStreetMap. - some polls have to be semi-public (users can answer them, but cannot see the results) - Comment a poll: - each poll has an associated discussion where users can comment the poll results (as in reddit, the comments are nested, can be up-downvoted, can be flagged as inappropriate) - Badges: - users can earn badges similarly as in StackOverflow ([login to view URL]) - Users: - users belongs to different categories - user has to earn badges in order to level up - Sharing: - when a user create a new poll he can share it on facebook (mandatory) and twitter (optional) - a user can invite his social network contacts to join the website - each user can share a poll created from a different user on facebook (mandatory) and twitter (optional) - Visualize poll results: - a user can see the results only after having voted a poll - the results are visualized using tables or graphs - the graph visualization has an advanced mode showing statistics splitted for age, sex, religion, ...
