Design and further work for Sign manuacturer - Long term

We are seeking a long term relation with a graphic oriented person, with overall capabilities being design, product design, file preparation, good at vectors for sign cutting, graphics for large format printing, design of POS, Signage structures in 3D and subsequently supplying measurements for manufacture.
We are basically seeking an all rounder to help us on a continuous basis. Of course must be creative and come up with ideas for outlet signage, design.etc. Signshop is equipped with cutters, large format printers, NC routers, Laser cutters, Panel cutters and we work in basically all kinds of media and finishes.
1st Job - Design of 3 Vehicles for eventual wrapping or partial wrap and decals. So 1st supply of visuals for client confirmation/amendments - when done and confirmed we would need production files ready for print.
2nd job - Vectorise a logo for our company in a tattoo style
