design 2 vector logos/header images

We have two existing logos/images for two pubs in the UK, we need two new designs created - to be used as a new logo and as a full page (A3) width header image for flyers/posters. You will be supplied with a quick brief and and existing images/links to refer too (see attached txt file), - we need this turned around very very quickly. We require concept designs back to us within 12hrs of selection - with final PSD/vector source files back within a further 12hrs (24hr total max turnaround) Max spend is $75 for both designs. Immediate start expected and European providers given preference.
