Customising Facebook, twitter and youtube pages

Hi I am wanting a designer to design a custom design and layout for our Facebook pages, twitter pages and you tube page. The designs can be similar in theme and layout they just need to fit the layout of where they are going to be used ie facebook, twitter, you tube. We will supply all photos and images but require a designer to make it look awesome and sexy.

We have 2 facebook pages and 1 fan page, we have 3 twitter pages (probably reducing this to one though) and we have 1 youtube channel.
