Create Bank Statement Template - repost

URGENT PROJECT - MUST BE COMPLETED ASAP within 2 weeks. I have an original bank statement and would like it to look identical. I would like to be able to change the deposits and withdrawals as needed. I need this file to be converted into a WORKING TEMPLATE where ALL of the data in can be changed, removed or added. dates ,names, addresses, figures etc... This is for a training exercise for applicants to test on before we hire them. I would like to show them an EXACT replica of what they will be working on. This could turn into a regular project as we work with several companies and institutions. We will also be needing payroll files and pay stubs to test our future human resources and payroll applicants. Basically, I want to keep the exact Outline and Template of this statement however want to be able to change the figures and all data. to be able to change all pages of both statements. I need to be able to replicate these documents exactly as seen from the real ones I believe it is a pretty standard statement. The file should be created using a software that I can edit. Our company works with mostly Macs. We have Microsoft Office for all of our Macs. Please provide details on which software you will use to create the template please let me know ASAP if you will be able to do it and how long it will take. I will need to see a mock up as soon as possible
