Convert Article into a Simple Infographic

Basically, I want you to convert the article I have included in the attachments below into an Infographic. This should be easier for you than most inforgraphic projects because all the research etc. is already done for you. All you need to do is put it into a great looking graphic. - No research required -No writing required Just looking for someone with a good eye for design. I have many articles on my blog and would like to have an infographic version for them all so I'm really looking for someone who can work with me long term. If this goes well, you'll become my go-to designer for these types of projects. I'm looking for creativity, hardwork and loyalty. If you're good to me, I'll be good to you.
