I want a character designed. He will be a builder character. It has to be cartoonish but serious. Preferably 3D. Please see attached image. It has to be something between image 1 and 2 but more mature. He will wear a uniform similar to 3. He will also wear gloves. the colours of the uniform will be given to the chosen bidder. The character, will be given doing 3 things, 1. Just standing 2. Thumbs Up 3. Showing something at his right All the copyrights will belogn to me The designer should be creative and able to work this within 1 day. I will not give more than 30 USD, it's a small project iF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING PLEASE ASK!
