Adapt Existing Map Graphic with flags

Hi, I'm looking for someone with excellent graphics skills. I have purchased an image of a map of the world. 1. I need our flags putting on the map (preferably standing up) for the 30 countries we service. 2. I also need the map cutting into continents, Europe, North America & Canada, Australia, Middle East, Far East etc with the flags on. All of this needs to be returned in **layers as a photoshop PSD** so I can work with it later. I have attached a low quality sample of the map and also some flags. I look forward to your bid Steve
