User fill the registration form with payment option (paypal payment gateway) 2. An email is sent to his email account with an ebook link (link will be secure and encrypted and used only once) 3. When real user open the link from his inbox it will be redirected to our site and let the ebook downloaded. if the user will fake or once used ebook will not be downloaded. 4. hi , only log in page is simple thing no an issue but you want to allow access to read-only, how ever even if we block copy operation still user can access data from view source, so if you want real secure pages it is not at all possible in low bid , even if someone bids low he is laying about read only part of website are okay with my bid i can provide you a completely secure PHP pages for only online secure reading , come forward for chat if interested. have a nice day.

Hi there, I am a native English speaker living in the UK with the experience needed to construct your form and locked content. Here is how I would construct your website: I will build the registration form that also requires a payment to be made through paypal (or a different vendor of your choosing). The customer will need to provide a username and password to access the ebook (otherwise someone could pay for it and then give it away to other people just by linking to its URL). Once the payment is successful the users account will be flagged to give access to the ebook. I should be able to complete this for you in a couple of days and am able to start right away.
