Build a Wordpress Website with Membership section

Need a Wordpress website designed and developed with a well designed Membership section (s2Member Pro plugin) and multiple sales pages for digital products. I'll need the web development team to - 1) ***Generate home page, sales pages, and membership section inner pages JPG layouts for the client to refine and confirm prior to programming. 2) The demo site must be hosted on my company's hostserver (Hostgator reseller account). 3) You may use a template to reduce the development cost, but I will still need the home page JPG layouts developed for the client to work with.
