Build a Website

I would like to create an iPhone repair website. The idea is that a user will come to the website and be able to request a repair based on their location. On the backend iPhone or iPad repairs specialists will be able to create a profile online and define their location. The website will then mark a radius around their location and any enquires that come from within that location will be sent to them. Ideally it would be like copying the website [login to view URL]
