We are looking for somebody to design our website in accordance to the attached specifications. The final product should be: - available in two languages (no Google Translate); - based on a WordPress theme and include the relevent graphic design and placeholders for our text (template) - have one page with the sections (as per attached documents) - inform the user that we will be using Cookies in both languages; - ability to autodetect the language and send the user to their default language; - ability to change the language via flag icons; - integrate with Google Analytics; - the site colours should be based around our logo Milestone Policy: we are more than happy to create and prepay a milestone. However, the milestone will only be released on the the full completion of the project.

Hello, Just checked your doc and description. For design, I'll make new and smart PSD first then if you approve, I'll go for HTML. I'll use bootstrap to make it responsive ( Mobile Friendly ) and browser compatible and then I'll go for WordPress. I think, WPML is best for multi language.
