Build a Website -- 2

We are looking for someone to come aboard and build for us a gaming website. We are an Xbox 360 Fifa Community who is about to expand to the xbox one. We currently use a forum but feel that we need an actual website to deal with the new features of the one. We need someone to build us a website with all the functionality of our forum but with all the benefits of being an actual website. A lot of our systems such as team rosters are on google docs so there will need to be areas where these can be embedded. Or a system will need to be worked out that could replace them. We need to be able to group all of our members together into what teams they are on. We need to be able to create the team of the week automatically. This will mean that a program will be needed that can pull information from a google doc and put it onto a picture. An example of this can be found at [login to view URL] We will need a program that can effectively put the information onto that card automatically. We need a website that is easy to register to and then that people can comment on anything posted on the website. An example of this is that we post a Team of the Week each week. People should be able to comment on the team of the week kind of like facebook comments. Once your bid is accepted, i will send you our current forum and we will work on improving it together. You will draw up a general view of how the website will look and run.
