Build a Website

very clean, very simple and modern design to showcase products in a community. users can post ads and sell whatever they need to get quick cash. users are required to sign up to place ads. users will have an option to upload their profile pictures onto their account. i have a list of all the main categories and sub categories. the main page will have nothing on it but a few options only, such as "place an ad" and a bar with the categories such as Motors | Classifieds | Property for sale | property for rent | Jobs | Community. mouseover will display sub categories. placing an add will be the simplest. enter a short title for the ad >pick category > pick a sub category > add a picture (cell number will already be display as the user has never this information while signing up) > age (if the product is brand new used 1 month or etc) and lastly Locate your item (where this item is located for example which city closest landmark and also have an option to locate on map) then the submit button which will take the user to preview the add until the admin of the site manually approves the 5 pictures that were upload and to verify if the categories are correct for the item. 5 pictures allowed max. once the admin has approved the ad within a few mints the add goes live and an email notification is sent to the user with a link and confirming the add has gone live. For further details i have a website which has all these functionalities but the layout and design is off for me. Also my target audience is of a different country. the user who is buying products can view the contact number of the seller ( if he/she has allowed it to be public or the buyer can easily email the seller. Also apps to be developed for the same site for android and apple. Thank you.
