Build a Website

I demand quality work only, if you cannot design the same quality work i'm looking for. please don't message me. The quality level of work im looking for is ilpvideo & [login to view URL] . My website will have a simlar design but my header will be different. On the individual video pages i would like A disqus comment type of section below the video that has a comment (likes) system that will move the comments with the most likes to the top and the comments with the least likes to the bottom i would also like a soical network like buttons below the video. on the side of the comment section i would like a Facebook recommendations tab. and above the video the home page [login to view URL] a quick Free sign up where guests have to enter there Email or facebook info to use the system. Admin options: I should be able to do the following from admin standpoint; embed vids, upload vids, delete a comment from a video, delete any video, set ads on the top of the site just like worldstar. You have to create me my own video player with my logo on it. Each video should start the count with a random number from 5000 to 10000 views. Like i said, I dont want the site to look exactly like worldstar but have similarities - views shall count every time you views the website/video. the headers shall be like worldstar… Heres the ideas i want you to take the ideas from the site.
